Unlike many traditional VC funds that may charge 20% to 30% of profits or carried interest, plus a 2% annual management fee, Metasoft Capital intends to use a simpler aligned model: we charge only 10% from profits generated by participating deals, with no 2% annual management fee.
Profit sharing
If the startup or deal does not make profit, we do not take profit-sharing from that deal.
Our intended model is built around alignment. Investors should not pay us simply because time passes. We participate only when a participating deal generates profit.
