Terms of Use
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Metasoft Capital website. By using this website, reading its content, contacting Metasoft Capital, submitting a founder inquiry, sending a job application, or contacting us as an investor or partner, you agree to use the site responsibly and understand the limits described below.
Informational website only
The website is provided for general informational, educational, and communication purposes. Content may describe Metasoft Capital’s philosophy, areas of interest, founder support approach, job listings, blog articles, investor information, and contact process. Website content may change, be updated, or be removed without notice.
No automatic relationship
Using this website or sending an email to Metasoft Capital does not automatically create an investor relationship, advisory relationship, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, attorney-client relationship, or confidential relationship. Any formal relationship would require separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
No guarantee of response, funding, hiring, or participation
Submitting a startup idea, founder inquiry, investor inquiry, partner message, resume/CV, or job application does not guarantee a response, meeting, interview, funding, investment opportunity, job offer, partnership, advisory relationship, or future communication. Metasoft Capital may decline, ignore, archive, or stop pursuing any inquiry at its discretion.
Founder submissions
Founders may contact us without a pitch deck, prototype, business plan, or presentation. However, founders are responsible for what they choose to share. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose. Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is signed, we cannot guarantee that every early-stage idea submission will be treated as confidential trade secret material. Founders should protect patentable inventions, source code, customer data, regulated information, and third-party confidential materials appropriately before sharing.
Jobs section
Jobs listed on this website are generally opportunities with startups Metasoft Capital invests in, supports, or helps grow. They are not internal Metasoft Capital roles unless a listing clearly says so. Job descriptions may be rewritten, summarized, or organized for website presentation. Compensation, responsibilities, qualifications, availability, interview process, and hiring decisions may change at any time. Candidates must include the JID number in the email subject and at the beginning of the email so applications can be routed correctly.
Investor information
Investor-facing content is provided for informational discussion only. It does not guarantee access to any investment opportunity, fund, startup, security, transaction, profit-sharing arrangement, or allocation. Any investment discussion or participation would be subject to investor eligibility, jurisdiction, due diligence, final legal documents, compliance review, and applicable law.
Blog and educational content
Blog posts and educational materials are intended to help founders, investors, and readers think more clearly about startups, markets, funding, technology, and company building. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, securities, investment, employment, medical, or professional advice. Readers should consult qualified advisors for advice specific to their circumstances.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the website to submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, confidential third-party, or spam content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape abusively, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the website or its infrastructure.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, investor, founder, job candidate, or Metasoft Capital team member.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metasoft Capital disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metasoft Capital and its owners, team members, advisors, partners, affiliates, supported startups, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost opportunity, data loss, business interruption, investment loss, employment loss, or similar damages arising from use of or reliance on the website.
